General Rules
TIME. Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You will not have access to enter the space until your booking start time. You must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. Overtime fees are charged at 1.5 hours of the original hourly booking fee. We will not extend your booking if you are late. 

MUSIC MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. No loud music can be played from 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday. Violators will be fined for loud music and quickly asked to exit the premises. 

TIME EXTENSION. You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. Time extension requested less than 1 hour prior to the start time of the booking will be charged at a 1.5 hourly rate. 

FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a fee per additional person per hour.

NO SMOKING OR FIRE. No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside.

FOOD. Limited outside catering is allowed [light finger foods]. Light refreshments and snacks are provided by host. If outside food is brought, please make sure that it is eaten in the lobby or refreshment area. No food or drinks are allowed in the studios. All drinks and refreshments must be thrown away properly afterwards. 

FURNITURE. Furniture and decorations may be moved (please ask the studio managers prior to moving anything). All furniture must be returned to original state it was found. Furniture should not be dragged. Furniture cannot be removed from the space or building. All furniture needs to be put back from where it was moved in the studio prior to departing the space. 

DAMAGES. Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. In the event that an item of furniture is stained or damaged, we will send an invoice equivalent to the cleaning or repair cost. Damage or stains caused to any of the furniture in the space will incur in a $150+ fee. If item has to be replaced, guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay include will result in barring from future rental and reporting to Hosting site.

Please keep all studio doors closed while utilizing the space. 

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture cannot be removed from the building, however, can be moved around in the space as long as everything is returned to its original place prior to the booking being complete.  

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras/video in all of the studios and common areas that record video and audio, which also can be used to communicate with clients during bookings in case any assistance is needed. It is also used to track arrival and departure, and the condition the studio is left in.
